Privacy
Your invoices never leave your browser.
How your file is processed
When you choose an invoice, the file is read by code running inside your browser tab. It is parsed there and rendered there. There is no server-side processing step, no upload endpoint, and no background transfer.
What is never collected
- The content of your XML file
- File names
- Supplier and buyer names
- Invoice amounts and VAT amounts
- Invoice numbers and payment references
- VAT identifiers and bank account details
Storage
Nothing about the invoice is written to disk, to local storage or to cookies. Closing or reloading the page discards it. Opening another invoice replaces the one in memory.
Analytics and third parties
We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It records which page was opened, where the visit came from, and coarse technical facts about the browser, device and country. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and does not follow you to other sites.
It measures the page, never its contents. Your invoice is read entirely inside your browser and is not part of anything that is sent. An automated test in the build pipeline opens an invoice whose every field carries a unique marker value and fails the build if any outgoing request — the analytics request included — contains one of them.
No advertising and no other third-party script runs on these pages.
Hosting
The site is delivered as static files from a content delivery network. Serving a page involves the usual technical request data a web server sees, such as your IP address; it never involves your invoice.
Scope of this tool
E-Invoice Desk is a document viewing tool. It does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice, and a printed or PDF copy does not replace the original electronic invoice.
